On July 8 & 9, come support community by joining YM's donation-based classes for Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)!
These sessions will focus on nailing the basics of good yoga posture, and are open to yoga newbies and regulars alike. You will have two teachers on-hand to help you move in your best alignments, as you flow through sequences of basic yoga postures.
Grounded by CMCR will refuel you after with their signature Country Cousin Espresso Balls and Cold Brew Coffees! Plus, if you donate to SPCA's efforts in caring for Singapore's animals, we'll swing a free coffee from Grounded and a free class at YM Robertson Quay your way.
