Twisting postures are often said to rid the body of toxins, much like wringing a towel removes excess water from its fibers. In this session, you’ll practice sequences that are designed to engage your core muscles, then incorporate breathing exercises to help bring you into your deepest twists.
Experience isn't necessary to join this Level Up, and will be a good one to join if you tend to feel bloated and lethargic! All experience levels welcome, though we recommend any pregnant women to sit this one out.
