Elisa will get your shoulder muscles warm and pumping by kicking off with mobility and stability exercises. You'll then put these learnings into practice by flowing through postures, relying on your shoulders to guide the movement and stability of your entire body.
Once your whole body's pumping you'll hone in on perfecting shoulder alignment, through clear breakdowns of what you should see and feel in key poses and variations.
Practitioners with all levels of experience are welcome to this Level Up (bring a thick towel if you want some extra cushioning)! However, anybody experiencing neck and/or shoulder injury are recommended to hold off on this session.
