Flow through foundational postures and take care of your stability before mobility in this Basic Flow Level Up. This session is for those who would like to pick up the pace from Basics, and are curious about our Power Flow classes; as well as for the regular "flow-gis" who are craving an extended practice that takes them back to basics.
Kin will guide you through this two-hour sesh with sequences that will synchronise and stimulate the mind, body and breath – so be prepared for not just a workout but also a work-in for the whole body! Enjoy some playtime for you to explore arm balances that are frequently mentioned in our Power Flow classes, and learn about breathing techniques and mindful movements before ending the class with zen-like stretches.
Options will be given to satisfy newer and regular practitioners alike, so it's yogi’s choice to decide which option to take to determine the intensity of your physical practice.
