Level up your endurance game through this two-hour session that’s guaranteed to get your heart pumping!
Liv will use typical yoga poses in an unconventional manner – by working your body hard through dynamic movements in the style of high intensity interval training (HIIT). You‘ll start off by moving through strong flows, motivating each other while doing strong holds and circuits to push your limits towards a (physically and mentally) stronger you! Then, you will finish off with counter poses that will ease and soothe those muscles that worked hard through the HIIT intervals.
This Level Up will be a nice balance of strengthening, lengthening, and stability, and is open to all levels of yoga practitioners who would like to increase their overall stamina.
