Living the modern, fast-pace life and hustling every day is exciting, but it can also be exhausting. This Level Up will equip you with the ability to both strengthen and restore yourself to a balanced state so that you can be at your best every single day!
Vera will guide you through sequences and stretches to counter both the physical and mental effects of modern life. You will start with active exercises to strengthen areas that are commonly problematic — mainly the Glutes and Core muscles surrounding the Spine — before going into static holds to soothe tightness in the Hips, Hamstrings, Shoulders, Chest, and Neck. Then, you will finish off with some breathing and mindfulness techniques to help bring calmness while dealing with the stresses of daily life.
Open to anyone who wants to feel stretched out, worked out, and equipped with tools to help restore balance in the body and mind every day
