You are only as young as your spine is flexible... so this Level Up will teach you how to safely deepen your backbend practice!
The 2-hour practice will have Amy C taking you through strength and flexibility drills targeting your shoulders, chest, upper back, and hip flexors — all the areas that are vital in backbending. Learn to create the necessary strength to support your backbends, and how to safely progress in poses such as Dancer, Low Lunge and its variations; Standing Backbends, Wheel, and even Dropbacks.
Suitable for those with some backbending experience, and have no issues with the neck, back and shoulder.
