In this Level Up, Bruce will take you through a strong practice where you'll get to apply knowledge of how the muscles around your shoulder joints work together to create the ideal alignment and engagement in fundamental poses such as Plank, Chaturanga and Downward Dog. You will learn techniques to develop both strength and flexibility in different muscles around your shoulders by using bodyweight exercises and Chaturanga variations. Expect to be on your hands while you explore and challenge your shoulder's capabilities. After putting in all the hard work, enjoy a well-deserved Zen-style sequence to stretch and relax those muscles. End result? Strong, healthy shoulders and a step up to your usual yoga practice!
