POWER

Looking to deepen your practice? Move through more challenging poses, while maintaining steadiness in the body and mind. Funky arm balances and inversions might be introduced here as well!

POWER FLOW

Push yourself to start moving with the breath, using its pace as a guide for powerful and fast-flowing sequences. Be ready to turn the tempo up for a full-body challenge!

MONSTER HOT

As the only Yoga Movement class that goes on for 90 minutes, it is guaranteed to make you sweat – like its name suggests! Get into the rhythm of a regular Yoga practice with this static yet invigorating 26-posture series.

FOCUS: Muscle tone, flexibility, endurance
PACE: Medium

ZEN

We understand that everyone needs a chill pill once in a while. If you have had a long, tiring day at work, or are simply looking for a more relaxed practice that is largely based on sitting or lying postures, this class is for you!

FOCUS: Strength of connective tissues around joints, blood circulation, flexibility
PACE: Slow
SWEAT LEVEL: 0/5

LEVEL UP

These are two-hour, specialised and extended practices that expand on learnings from our 6 regular class types. Level Up sessions target peak postures and/or key muscle groups, which determine Pace and Sweat Level.
