Love it or hate it, every graceful posture you hold in yoga begins with a strong and steady core. The harder you work in this class, the lighter you will feel as you build on the foundation of your practice!

POWER

Looking to deepen your practice? Move through more challenging poses, while maintaining steadiness in the body and mind. Arm balances and inversions are often introduced here as well!

POWER FLOW

NON HOT

Push yourself to start moving with the breath, using its pace as a guide for powerful and fast-flowing sequences. Be ready to turn the tempo up for a full-body challenge!

HIIT YOGA

Get your heart pumping and work your body through dynamic yoga poses in the style of high intensity interval training (HIIT). Finish off with counter stretches to ease those muscles that worked hard throughout this energy driven session.

ZEN

We understand that everyone needs to chill out from time to time. If you've had a long, tiring day at work, or are simply looking for a more relaxed practice that is largely based on sitting or lying postures, this class is for you!

FOCUS: Flexibility & mobility around joints, blood circulation & relaxation 
PACE: Slow
INTENSITY: 1/5

MONSTER HOT

HOT

Called 'Monster Hot' due to its extended 90min session, this is one class that is definitely designed to make you sweat. Get into the rhythm of a regular yoga practice with this static yet invigorating 26-posture series.

FOCUS: Muscle tone, flexibility, endurance
PACE: Medium 
INTENSITY: 4/5

LEVEL UP

NON HOT

This two-hour, extended practice expands on learnings from our regular class types. Each Level Up session focuses on various peak postures and/or key muscle groups.
