Either shoot us a message through the "Try Your First Class” section on this page, or head to the Schedule section on our Classes page, where you can create an account by clicking on “My Account". If you drop by any studio, we can also get your deets there and set you up!
Can I share my package with a family member or friend?
Your personal package is yours alone to enjoy. However, if your family member or friend signs up for a package on his/her first visit through your recommendation, you’ll get a free class added to your package under our referral programme. Having said all of this, if you're looking for corporate packages to share with your work buddies, our Workmate Package is available!
How long will my package be valid for?
Our 10, 20, and 30 class packs are valid for 6, 9 and 12 months respectively — across all classes, and all studios. If you're travelling, recovering from an injury, or if you just need more time on your package; we're giving you the right of way to extend your class pack – fuss free, NO PROOF NEEDED! You will be entitled to two blocks of a month-long package extension on the house. Expectant mums are entitled to a 12-month extension with relevant documents provided. Take note of your package validity, as we can only extend packages that are still active (free classes and shareable packs are exceptions).
P.S.: If you're on our shareable Workmate Package, you and your colleagues enjoy a 12 month validity!
I’m REALLY new to yoga. What classes are best for me?
All our classes are multi-levelled, so you don’t have to worry about having much experience! However, we suggest you start with a Basics class to ease yourself into the fundamentals of yoga.
Why do I have to book a mat and how do I do it?
Booking a mat secures you a spot in class, and you can do so up to 7 days in advance by simply clicking here. Heads up: we find weekday evenings and weekends to be most popular.
WHEN do I need to arrive for class?
Get settled in the room at least ten minutes early. Class starts right on time, so make sure you're on the mat before the door shuts. Out of respect for each others' practice, we'll be respectfully turning away latecomers once the class begins.
